Q. Do you have a physical storefront which I can cash and carry?

A. Yes we have both an online stop and a physical retail shop where you can browse around and buy off the shelf.

A. Our shop is located at Parklane Shopping Mall, 35 Selegie Road, #02-16, Singapore 188307.
Our operating hours are 🕗  Mon-Sat (12-8pm) 🕕  Sun & PH (12-6pm)

Q. What is the currency of the advertised price?

A. Our advertised price is in Singapore dollars and includes 9% GST.

 

Q. What are your modes of payment at your retail shop?

A. We accept Cash, Nets, Amex, Master, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paynow, Paylah and Bank Transfer.

 

Q. What are your modes of payment at your online shop?

A. We accept Amex, Master, Visa, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

 

Q. Are your products brand new and genuine?

A. Yes we only sell brand new and genuine products. We do not sell used, refurbished or display set.

 

Q. Can I buy just the camera body without the kit lens or vice versa?

A. Yes we can sell just the camera body without the kit lens which we can remove from the box to sell the lens separately. In this instance, we will sell the new lens as is, without box or in white or brown box that the lens originally came in. 

 

Q. Can I order through your online shop and collect my order at your retail shop?

A. Yes, this can be arranged. 

 

Q. Are your items in stock?

A. Yes all our items in our website are in stock, ready for immediate dispatch. We do not sell what we do not have and then scurry around to find stock locally or abroad and make you wait no ends. This is not how we want to run our businesss. But there may be few and isolated cases whereby we may oversold a product in our retail shop and at our online shop around the same time and we therefore seek your patience and kind understanding in such matter. We thrive to keep our stock updated as accurate as possible. Should an item becomes unavailable after you made your order, we will notify you via email or telephone within 1 working day and give you the option to either cancel your order or wait for our new stock (with projected date of arrival).
