The gimbal has a new iteration of the magnetic phone clamp that supports smartphones up to 3.3" wide in a fast mounting interface. The built-in battery runtime is 10 hours, and it recharges in just 2.5 hours with the USB-C cable. A built-in tripod allows you to place the gimbal on flat surfaces, and a 1/4"-20 mounting thread can accommodate additional accessories.
The Osmo Mobile 7 features improved stability for longer distances using the updated ActiveTrack 7.0, which can automatically track body shapes to track human subjects without needing to make a manual selection. Track subjects even after they leave the frame using automatic zooming and gimbal movements for continuous filming.
Smart Capture detects multiple subjects and allows you to effortlessly switch by tapping on your phone's screen. Smooth tracking pinpoints your preferred subject—whether it be a person or a family pet—and maintains continuous tracking regardless of movement or obstruction. Embedded stabilization technology creates shots free of shaking or distortion due to your terrain.
